Alfaz Essence occupies an elevated site in L'Alfàs del Pi, the town that sits between Benidorm and Altea with the Sierra Helada on one side and the Puig Campana behind. Apartments are 71 to 98 m² with two or three bedrooms, laid out in low white blocks with sawtooth roofs that step across the slope. The Mediterranean is a little over four kilometres away — this is the inland, quieter half of the municipality rather than the Albir seafront. Handover is scheduled for the second quarter of 2028.

The apartments

Each home is organised around a kitchen-lounge with the cooking side built in, opening to a covered terrace through double-glazed sliding doors. Bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the main bedroom an en-suite bathroom; every apartment comes with a storage room in the basement and a space in the underground garage. Air conditioning runs for heating and cooling, and hot water is solar-assisted.

Outdoor living. Ground-floor homes take private gardens, the middle floors covered terraces, and the upper level solariums. The blocks are stepped so that terraces look out across the valley to the mountains rather than into the next building, and the whole site is designed for step-free access from the garage lift to the apartment door.

On-site amenities

The communal grounds are the centre of the scheme rather than an afterthought: two free-form pools shaped as shallow lagoons with planted islands and palms, lawn terraces for sunbathing, and shaded seating areas laid out between the blocks. The complex is gated with video entry, and some of the larger homes carry a private pool of their own on the terrace.

Location — L'Alfàs del Pi

L'Alfàs del Pi is one of the most international towns on this stretch of coast, with a long-established Norwegian and Dutch community, its own Norwegian school and health centre, and a weekly market that reflects it. The town centre with its shops and restaurants is a few minutes below the development, and the Alfaz Essence site itself sits in a commercial pocket where everyday services are within walking distance.

Albir's pebble beach and seafront promenade are around ten minutes by car, Altea's old town about the same to the north and Benidorm five minutes the other way. The three golf courses of the Marina Baixa — Villaitana among them — are within a quarter of an hour, and Alicante Airport is roughly 50 minutes down the AP-7.
