Horizon II — 2 & 3-Bedroom Apartments with Gardens or Solariums in San Miguel de Salinas

Horizon II is a new-build residential complex in San Miguel de Salinas, a hilltop town in the Vega Baja of the southern Costa Blanca. It offers two- and three-bedroom apartments of 65 to 86 m², split between ground-floor homes with private gardens and top-floor homes crowned by solariums. Handover is scheduled for the third quarter of 2027.

The apartments

Each home is laid out around an open-plan living room and kitchen, with large-format porcelain floors running through the interior and smooth, breathable wall finishes. Kitchens arrive fully fitted, with an induction hob and an integrated extractor. Double-glazed windows and sliding doors open the living area onto the terrace, and the main bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom; both the two- and three-bedroom layouts have two bathrooms.

Outdoor living. Ground-floor apartments come with a private garden, top-floor apartments with a solarium, and both are pre-fitted with water taps and power sockets so the terrace works as a second living room from the first day. Air conditioning is pre-installed, and photovoltaic panels feed the communal supply.

On-site amenities

The complex is gated and closed to through traffic, arranged around landscaped communal gardens with paved pedestrian paths. Two swimming pools sit at the centre — one for adults and a shallower one for children — with lawn and planting around them. Entry to each home is controlled by video phone.

Location — San Miguel de Salinas

Horizon II sits inside the town itself, within walking distance of the everyday shops, bakeries and bars of the centre rather than on an outlying urbanisation. San Miguel stands on a ridge above the coastal plain, which keeps summer nights cooler than at the shore and opens views across the Vega Baja farmland.

The nearest beaches on the Orihuela Costa are about fifteen minutes by car, with Torrevieja and its marina a similar distance to the north-east. Alicante–Elche Airport is roughly 45 minutes away and Murcia–Corvera about the same to the south-west, which makes the town workable both for permanent living and for a home used a few months a year.
