Las Mesas Sea Suite — 2 & 3-Bedroom Apartments with Sea Views Above Playa del Cristo, Estepona
Description
Las Mesas Sea Suite stands on the Las Mesas terrace, the raised shelf of ground that rises immediately west of Estepona's port. Apartments run from 137 to 167 m² with two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms, set in a low block that steps with the slope so that the living rooms face out over the roofs of the town towards the water, with the sea under a kilometre below. Handover is scheduled for the second quarter of 2027.
The apartments
Homes are generous by the standards of the district: the smallest plan is already 137 m², which buys a kitchen-lounge that runs the width of the apartment and a terrace deep enough to hold a full dining table rather than two chairs. Bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, and each home includes a separate utility room and a storage room. Glazing is double throughout, with hot and cold air conditioning, and the block is built for step-free access from the underground garage to the front door.
Outdoor living. Ground-floor homes open onto the communal gardens, middle floors onto terraces that carry the view, and the top-floor apartments add private solariums above the roofline — the only homes in the scheme from which the Sierra Bermeja behind and the coast in front are visible at the same time.
On-site amenities
The grounds hold a single large communal pool with lawn, cypress and subtropical planting around it, laid out for use rather than as a decorative strip. Inside the building there is a gym and a sauna for residents, and the complex is gated with video entry and parking below ground. Photovoltaic panels on the roof offset part of the communal electricity.
Location — Las Mesas, Estepona
Las Mesas is the residential shelf between the port and the Selwo road, high enough that the coastline reads as a single sweep from the balconies and close enough that the centre of Estepona is a walk downhill. The nearest sand is Playa del Cristo, about fifteen minutes on foot — a small cove sheltered behind the harbour wall and the only genuinely calm water in the town, which makes it the beach families here use rather than the open strands further east.
The fishing port and its restaurants sit just below the district, with the botanical orchidarium and the weekly market a few minutes on. The AP-7 entrance is close, putting Marbella at roughly half an hour and Málaga Airport just under one; Gibraltar is about forty minutes the other way.
