NJOY SHORE — Frontline Villas overlooking Playa del Amerador, El Campello

NJOY SHORE Frontline Villas is a new-build off-plan residence in a first-line position overlooking Playa del Amerador in El Campello, on the northern Costa Blanca. The project comprises 49 contemporary villas in two phases: 30 in Phase 1, arranged across five low-rise blocks above Playa del Amerador, and 19 in Phase 2, in two blocks on a nearby plot above Cala del Llop Marí. In both, the Mediterranean fills the view from terraces, living spaces and private rooftops. The villas have three or four bedrooms, each with a private rooftop solarium, its own garden or terrace and private parking, and they are delivered with an A energy rating.

Villa options

The two phases differ in layout, size and parking:

• Phase 1 — 30 villas, scheduled for delivery in December 2028. Every villa has three bedrooms, with two bathrooms and a guest toilet or, in some types, three full bathrooms. Useful interior space runs from about 93 to 199 m² and total built private area from 199 to 343 m², with private gardens of 12 to 140 m². Depending on the type, parking is at surface level or in the basement; the villas in block 3 have a closed individual garage.
• Phase 2 — 19 villas, scheduled for delivery in June 2029. Three or four bedrooms: the four-bedroom types have two bathrooms and a guest toilet, while the three-bedroom types have either the same or three full bathrooms. Useful interior space runs from about 119 to 195 m² and total built private area from about 258 to 318 m², with gardens of 17 to 125 m². Every villa parks in the basement — in a closed individual garage for most types, an open space for the rest — and several types can add a private pool in the front garden as an optional extra.

Homes and finishes

Interiors are contemporary and made to a high standard, with open-plan living that opens to the terrace through full-height glazing and a fully fitted kitchen. Climate is handled by ducted heating and cooling with aerothermal hot water, and every home is wired for fibre, smart access and electric-vehicle charging. Each villa has a private rooftop solarium pre-installed for a jacuzzi; in Phase 1 and in several Phase 2 types it is also prepared for a barbecue and outdoor kitchen. Buyers personalise floors, tiling, kitchen and paint from a curated range at no extra cost. Villas in the Upgrading Collection — selected types in both phases — add a further tier: Siemens or Bosch kitchen appliances, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, motorised blinds in the living room and main bedroom, and a closed garage with a motorised door.

Resort-style communal amenities

Each phase is a gated seafront community with its own communal grounds, which include:

• Infinity pool with sea views and saltwater chlorination, long enough to swim lengths (with a dedicated swimming lane in Phase 1)
• Heated jacuzzi
• Sea-facing pool beach with loungers and showers
• Outdoor calisthenics gym
• Zen-deck mirador over the water
• Landscaped gardens
• Private walking paths and secure pedestrian entrances
• RFID access control and a parcel cyberlocker

Phase 1 also has a pickleball and multisport court and ornamental ponds.

Location

Playa del Amerador lies on the northern edge of El Campello, a relaxed seaside town between Alicante and Villajoyosa. It is a working coastal community defined by its marina, long sandy beaches and seafront promenade, yet the residence keeps the calm of a natural cove. Restaurants, shops, schools and the beach itself are all within easy reach.
