Ocean Garden is a boutique gated community of 42 homes in Los Pacos, Fuengirola's family hillside district on the Costa del Sol. Two- and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses are arranged around landscaped Mediterranean gardens, and every home opens onto an unusually generous outdoor space — terraces start at 23 m² and only grow from there.

The homes

The collection runs from garden apartments to penthouses. Ground-floor homes pair their terraces with private gardens of up to 80 m²; the penthouses are crowned by terraces of up to 150 m² plus a private solarium. Fuengirola covers the rest of daily life: the seven-kilometre promenade, Centro Comercial Miramar, the Bioparc — and one of the Costa del Sol's steadiest year-round rental markets, with Marbella about 25 minutes away.
