Pinet Beach II is a new-build residence of 63 two-bedroom apartments in La Marina, on the southern Costa Blanca, about 800 metres from the dune-backed sand of El Pinet beach. The apartments

Everyday services — supermarkets, cafés, pharmacies — sit a few minutes inland in La Marina village and its urbanización, Guardamar del Segura is about ten minutes south, and Alicante airport is roughly a 25-minute drive.
